We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, and if you are not happy we are not happy.

However even with the best intentions sometimes things just don’t work out, so if for any reason you want a refund please submit a ticket to the support desk within 30 days of your payment and request one. Please let us know your:

• Username on Zont SEO (required)
• PayPal email address (required)
• Subscription ID (optional)

It is as simple as that, there is no need to give us a reason even (though we would love to hear your views).

We generally process refunds within 72 hours, if there will be any delay in this we will let you know ASAP.
